It's diversity, stupid.

Diversity is one of those no-duh considerations when it comes to building great teams.  But the solutions aren't simple, and I wanted to make sure my workplace does its part.  Together with Jessica Lin, I envisioned tackling diversity by leveraging our deep networks in enterprise technology and pairing amazing people to learn from one another.  Read more about why we're doing this here.
